Vision Boards & Going To The Gym

I recently spoke to a lady who I invited to my first Vision board, Goal Setting & Affirmations workshop, who said she’ just been to one, but wasn’t able to complete it, as there weren’t many supplies or enough time.

So I want to make sure that this workshop gives you enough time, space and materials to come home with something complete and amazing!!!!

Here’s why and how…

 

 

  1. The first part of the day will be spent creating your goals and affirmations
  2. Then in the next part, there’ll be plenty of supplies you can use to actually make the vision boards
  3. Finally you’ll have a good chunk of time to cut, stick & decorate your create until your heart is content.
