Spice up breakfast times or add a new dessert to your menu with this delicious mango chia pudding recipe, which has just 3 main ingredients and masses of taste
To make this yummy pudding, you’ll need
1/2 cup of chia seeds
3 cups of fresh coconut milk
The flesh of 2 1/2 to 3 mangos
Make the coconut milk by blending 1 cup of desiccated coconut or mature coconut meat in 3 cups of water then strain the resulting milk out.
Stir the milk into the chia seeds and let it soak for 15mins
Blend the flesh or 2 1/2 to 3 ripe mangos, pour it into the soaked chia seeds, stir well and enjoy!!!
