Our Sea Moss (Eucheuma Cottonil) gel is made by washing and soaking the dried cut golden or purple sea moss from St Lucia in filtered water and fresh limes, then cooking briefly in filtered water, before adding the organic lime and ginger juice, organic wild flower honey and preserving and boosting it with pure vitamin C powder, before blending smooth and storing in BPA free standing plastic pouches, for ease of use and storage.
This thick nutritious gel, can be added to your fruit smoothies, stirred into hot water to make tea and it tastes so good you can eat it straight off the spoon.
