This 5 week program, includes 5 powerful steps which will allow you to discover and eat the foods that work best for your body in a delicious way:

 

Week 1 – Discovery & Foundation – You’ll begin by completing an initial consultation form, which will be reviewed during your initial Live Blood Analysis appointment in our Birmingham clinic or over the phone, where you’ll receive initial diet supplement and lifestyle recommendations

Week 2 – Results & Planning – Between the last week and this week, you would have been sent and completed an extensive  questionnaire, so during this call, the results will be fully explained to you, you’ll receive a food list for your body type and we’ll create a meal plan that works best for you.

Week 3 – Fine Tuning & Support – During this week, we’ll look over the diet check records you would have been filling in, so we can tweak and adjust the plan to suit your body perfectly and you’ll be able to ask any questions or address any concerns you have, so you can progress with this way of eating seamlessly.

Week 4 – Fine Tuning & Support – During this week we will continue to review your diet check records and making adjustments to ensure you’re getting the best results and answering any questions you have and offering any support you need.

Week 5 – Fine Tuning & Future Planning – During this call, we’ll fine tune your diet again and determine how you can continue the progress you’ve made during the program moving forward.

The program will be carried out over 4 weekly phone calls & follow up emails (apart from the Live Blood Analysis sessions, which will be in my Birmingham if you choose that option) and come with unlimited email and text/WhatsApp support, so you have a complete blanket of support throughout.

 

 

Live Blood Analysis Or Products 

 

Live Blood Analysis is mainly carried out from The Naturally You Clinic in Birmingham on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, with an occasional London clinic. If you are unable to get to the clinic, you can choose to receive £50 of products posted to you instead. You can choose which option is best for you in the drop down options for payment and live blood analysis above.
