The black women’s health day was a revelation. Five of my sisters attended with me and they could not thank me enough.
We thought the exhibitors were all amazing and selling products relevant to our beauty and our needs. we would have liked more time to look at items, I wanted to buy books but run out of time. I did not want to miss any of the seminars.
We did on the whole think the food was too expensive, considering that we had already paid £15 each to attend. We thought the portion sizes were too small and could not understand why the quinoa was an additional £1.50 although part of a meal. (Food is an emotive subject… its really important).
My sisters and I made substantial personal gains from attending the 1st Black women’s health day. I will be following through by attending Charmaine “Path to Financial success” on sunday. I am sure you will inform us when you plan the 2nd Black womens health day.
Thank you Leah for your vision.

Hi Christina, it’s Terena the lady who done the catering. I’m very sorry that you did not have a positive experience with my food, l apologise in regards to the quinoa as I’m just starting out and I took some bad advice. In terms of portion sizes they were substantial, please next time communicate with the individual. I welcome any feedback as I want you to have a great experience…If you don’t ask, you don’t get! Look out for me so I can make it up to you, take care and be blessed.

Thank you Leah, I loved the event do informative on women’s health and hair care. This was the first time I attended and most definitely will be attending again in force with my friends. I especially love “Divinity restored” products were amazing. And as forbthe gorgeous good provided by the young sister “bean there” I believe…. hmm that that’s what I call value for money. The flavours were incredible especially her carrot soup. This was a well put together event. Yes we need more of this for our community. Thanks again Colby.
