3 Smoothie ideas
Green Gorgeousness
1 handful spinach or kale
2 sticks of celery
¼ cucumber
1 banana
2 medium oranges or 200mls fresh orange juice
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
Beautiful Berries Smoothie
1 cup of frozen or fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries etc)
200ml or 1 cup of fresh apple juice
1 Banana
2tbps sea moss gel
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, add water if needed
Golden Milk
2tbps soaked chia seeds
2tbsp soaked pumpkin seeds
200mls hemp milk
1 banana or plantain
2tbps sea moss gel
½ tsp turmeric & a pinch of black pepper
A big squeeze of honey or 4-5 soaked pitted dates
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, add water if needed
Nourishing Sea Moss Face Mask
Dip a clean cotton flannel in hot water (don’t burn yourself) place over face for 1min to open pores spread gel onto your face and neck. Let sit for up to 30mins then rinse off with warm water.
