3 Smoothie ideas

 

Green Goodness

1 handful of washed spinach or kale

1 banana

2 medium oranges or 200mls fresh orange juice

½ tsp vitamin C powder

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

 

Tropical Tantalizer

½ fresh pineapple peeled & chopped or 1 cup of frozen

1 fresh or a cup of frozen mango flesh

1 banana

½ lime peeled

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, add water if needed

 

Golden Milk

2tbps soaked chia seeds

2tbsp soaked pumpkin seeds

200mls hemp milk

1 banana or plantain

2tbps sea moss gel

½ tsp turmeric & a pinch of black pepper

A big squeeze of honey or 4-5 soaked pitted dates

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, add water if needed
