After any big event, I always need time to rejuvenate myself and recoup my energies, during the few days I took off after The Naturally You Day, as a community we were hit by a lot of traumatic news.
It’s so easy to drop your guard, get upset and distracted from your goal when these things happen, which is why protecting yourself and your energy is so important.
