Ever since I healed myself from a menstrual condition called metrorrhagia when I was 19yrs old, I’ve developed a special interest in periods, pms and womb health and wellness in general.
The biggest thing I’ve learnt during that time is pms, periods pains, heavy bleeding and more symptoms are caused predominantly by factors which are very much within our control. Once we address these factors, naturally of course, pms, heavy bleeding, periods pains and more can all be alliviated.
